Gratitude Spotlight: Akani Simbine Foundation & Katherine Hardy’s Project 266

We couldn’t be prouder to stand with Katherine Hardy, triathlete, mother, and community champion, in her extraordinary mission—Project 266. Her goal? To run five major races over five months, totalling 266 km, and raise R150,000 for youth sports development. Her journey spans from Boston and London marathons right through to the Comrades ultra-marathon  .

Katherine doesn’t run for medals—she runs for impact. For every kilometre she conquers, she champions opportunities for young athletes who need it most. Project 266 isn’t just an endurance challenge; it’s a movement—and we’re honored to support it.

To Katherine: thank you for your vision, grit, and unwavering dedication. Your ability to turn personal ambition into a catalyst for youth development is nothing short of inspiring. Here’s to every step you take toward unlocking tomorrow’s champions—thank you for reminding us of the power of sport to transform lives.
